Ashley Lynch, M.D. is an Assistant Professor with Neonatology in the department of Pediatrics at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and Arkansas Children’s Hospital. She is also the Director of NICU Resident Education, and the Sub-Director of UAMS NICU Guidebook.
Dr. Lynch’s research has been focused on percutaneous intervention versus observational trial of arterial ductus in low-weight infants, C-reactive protein interpretation in potential sepsis, and tidal volume delivery during nasal intermittent positive pressure ventilation. Her research projects have published in national medical journals and has presented her research across the globe. She is also motivated to improve patient and parent quality by creating a parent information guide that provides information upon hospital discharge to families of infants with prenatal and/or postnatal arrythmias.
