Dr. Millner is an associate program director for the Pediatric Residency Program at UAMS and practices Pediatric Nephrology at Arkansas Children’s Hospital. She earned her medical degree at UAMS, completed pediatric residency at University of Vermont, and her nephrology fellowship at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, OH. In Nephrology she has an interest in management of chronic kidney disease associated with congenital anomalies of the urinary tract. She serves as the medical director of the Urology-Nephrology clinic and the Kidney Stone Clinic at ACH. Dr. Millner has a passion for sharing her knowledge and her enthusiasm for nephrology through teaching. In her educational pursuits, she is focused on redefining the culture of feedback and evaluation to help shape strong, well-rounded pediatricians. She loves serving as a coach, advisor, and mentor the residents in this program. In her “free time” Dr. Millner loves to cook with her family, read very weird books, and hike.
