Overview and Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine or equivalent degree and must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Arkansas.
- The ideal candidate will be board-eligible/board-certified in Adolescent Medicine through the American Board of Pediatrics, American Board of Internal Medicine, or American Board of Family Medicine.

- Recent expansion of hospital-based inpatient and outpatient adolescent medicine consultation services at ACH, including providing services on mental health disorders, sexual and reproductive health, menstrual disorders and eating disorders for a diverse teen population, with an additional planned expansion of telehealth services to improve access to care for teens across the state.
- The Section of Adolescent Medicine is involved in educating medical students, residents, and fellows in addition to allied health students, as we advance the section’s educational mission.

Practice Is Based at Arkansas Children’s Hospital
The Arkansas Children’s system includes two hospitals, a statewide care network of clinics and outreach programs, a research institute and a foundation. Arkansas Children’s is the only pediatric health system in the state of Arkansas, providing coverage to the state’s children from birth to age 21. The hospital staff consists of more than 500 faculty, 200 residents and 4,400 support staff.
