When I study medicine, I most enjoying learning about: congenital heart disease, newborn physiology, nutrition, personality disorders
Things that make me unique are: I once flew a plane home from my family med rotation, I was attacked by an LSU quad squirrel, I suffer from a hot Cheeto addiction
I’m not only a doctor, I also like to: go antiquing, read in my hammock, reluctantly go to the gym, attend Bible study, create paintings for my unsuccessful etsy shop
To get myself motivated I think of: my incredible mother, my future cutie pie patients

I chose the UAMS Pediatrics Residency Program because it’s wonderful and…: Before I interviewed, I met tons of nurses, physicians, and other medical professionals that had nothing but amazing things to say about Arkansas Children’s. Then when I interviewed online, I loved the comfortable and encouraging feel of the program. When I went tour ACH in person, our program coordinator asked if she could meet my mom (this sealed the deal).
