Sarah Diamond, MD is a Neonatologist in the Neonatology department at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) and Arkansas Children’s Hospital (ACH). Dr. Diamond completed her Pediatric Residency at Baylor College of Medicine in 2021 and her Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Fellowship at UAMS in 2025.
Dr. Diamond has presented several research projects and publications nationwide. Her current research focuses on novel echocardiographic markers for the assessment of pulmonary hemodynamics in neonates.
Dr. Diamond has been an instrumental member on the UAMS NICU Safety Committee, UAMS NICU Continuous Quality Improvement Committee, and UAMS Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia Quality Improvement Committee. As well as her involvement, she has been awarded several distinguishing honors: Best Poster and Best Abstract at Fellows’ Research Day, selected as Chief Resident for the Pediatric Residency Program, and Most Outstanding Senior Resident.
