Allergy and Immunology
The Arkansas Center for Food Allergy Research, lead by Professor of Allergy and Immunology Dr. Stacie Jones, was recently awarded a seven-year, $2.3-million grant by the NIH.
Developmental Nutrition
Dr. Mario Ferruzzi was reappointed to the USDA’s National Agricultural Research, Extension Education and Economics Advisory Board, recommending high-priority science needs.

Dr. Megan Butler recently co-authored an article published in the Journal of Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition on the state of pediatric nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.
